By creating an account, listing a property, or otherwise using the Lengo Homes platform ("Platform"), operated by Lengo Homes Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the Platform to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data without our written consent
• Use the Platform to harass, intimidate, or discriminate against any individual
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's normal operation
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these conditions.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.

You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You may not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

All listings submitted to the Platform are subject to review and approval by our team. By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to list the property (as owner, agent, or with written permission)
• All information provided is accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• Images submitted are of the listed property and you hold the right to use them
• The listing complies with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and anti-discrimination legislation

We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing that breaches these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without notice or liability.

Lengo Homes acts as a credit broker, not a lender. We introduce applicants to our panel of FCA-regulated mortgage lenders. We do not guarantee that any application will be accepted or that any particular rate will be available to you.

The mortgage calculator on our Platform is for illustrative purposes only. Actual repayment amounts will depend on the lender's terms, your credit profile, and prevailing interest rates. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

Documents uploaded as part of a mortgage application are stored securely and used solely for the purposes of processing your application.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Lengo Homes Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

By submitting content (including listing descriptions and images), you grant Lengo Homes a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses
• Listing information is always accurate, complete, or current
• Any property transaction will be completed successfully

Lengo Homes is not a party to any transaction between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of any user of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lengo Homes Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transaction entered into through it.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or that your use poses a risk to the Platform or other users.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Certain provisions of these Terms — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
